SR app in android keeps crashing

Hello,

I was using the app as normal and suddenly the app starts crashing everytime I open it, I uninstalled it then cleared all the caches then installed and when I tried to connect to the device it connected then crashed again. Does anyone know what's the solution for this issue.

Hello Ellie, thanks for the assistance I sorted it out, I just needed to keep pressing my square device button till I see the red lights flashing to reset it and after that it connected to the app and started working perfectly 👌
