      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had help from support to downgrade my plan, as the website is not working as well as it had been.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There has been a credit applied to my account but I am unable to transfer it to my bank, as it is only a credit to be used to buy things with.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me to receive a proper refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Karen.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You'll have to contact our&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/gb/en/article/4993-contact-square-support" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; Support Team&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; directly and ask to speak with our eCom specialist team. They are the only ones that can remove Square Online plans and initiate refunds. Sorry about that!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
