I want to process an exchange, I pull up the transaction but only refund is an option. There is no option for exchange. Help please!

Thank you Emma, I realised that later when I read up on it. It's a big jump in costs for me to have a basic everyday facility added. I'm just a small independent retailer but thank you for your reply.
