I have a donations section set up on my website, it has previously worked but now just says "out of stock" all the time

Stock is up to date but it just doesn't work...please can someone come back to me?

Hi there @TheVegLord, hope you are well.

That sounds strange, there are a few settings we can check here:

From your Square Online Overview page, go to Items > Site Items.
Select the donation
Under Options, select a button under the Stock column for the specific variation you’d like to manage stock for.
In the pop-up window, toggle on Track stock.
If you have stock history enabled, Select a restocking preference to update.
Enter a number to manage the stock and select Update Stock.

Hi - I'm having a similar issue; i've now managed to get everything in stock but I have a "Custom Amount" enabled in my dashboard but it does not display on my actual site; there are only specific amounts allowed for selection by the customer

Hey @TheVegLord, just stepping in for Alegra here.

I just checked at the bottom of your website, and I was able to enter a custom donation amount. If it's not appearing on your side, I recommend trying the following:

Unpublishing and republishing your site.
Clearing your cache and cookies.
Opening your website on an alternative browser, such as Google Chrome or Safari.

Let me know if that gets you anywhere, I'd be happy to take another look into it if the issue persists.
