&lt;P&gt;It does sound strange that it suddenly disconnected, it could be that a recent software update caused a disconnect, it's hard to know.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can I confirm first of all which brand and model of cash drawer you are using?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried reconnecting cash drawer all together? It might be worth disconnecting everything and then resetting your configuration.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Tap &lt;STRONG&gt;More&lt;/STRONG&gt; on the navigation bar of the &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/shop/hardware/ie/en/products/terminal-credit-card-machine-ie" target="_blank"&gt;Square Terminal&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Tap &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Cash Management&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; toggle the switch next to &lt;STRONG&gt;Cash Management&lt;/STRONG&gt; off/on.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Enter your default starting cash amount and select your report delivery preferences.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let me know if this helps, if not we might look at factory resetting the Terminal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Cash Draw Management Function Gone</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, we have a square terminal with the receipt printer inbuilt. Until thursday last week we were able to open a cash draw and then close the cash draw. Now this option has disappeared, when i go to add ons for cash management it says its activated but now says not compatible with device. I dont understand how it can be working for years and then suddenly stop. Any help much appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
