Hi @Trevi Here is a link to the cards Square accepts. According to this, “Square works with any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cardsbearing a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay International logo” So unless Wex cards are issued my one of those brands, the answer is unfortunately no.

If you are referring to the WEX fleet fuel card, then unfortunately no. That is a card unto its own network and not a brand like Visa, Mastercard, etc that Square accepts.

When will square get with the times and start excepting WEX fleet cards, these cards are used by government entities (mostly for fuel).

Come on square negotiate with WEX bank and let your customers start processing WEX fleet cards.

Hey @Retreat . I know this thread is old, but the answer still remains the same. Keeping all the WEX discussions together will also allow our payment teams to easily keep track of the need for this by other Square users. Thanks for chiming in!
