    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_9692.jpeg" style="width: 828px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.squareup.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/42525iA8934903ABBF876D/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="IMG_9692.jpeg" alt="IMG_9692.jpeg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have gone on to my site today and all of a sudden, the images are showing incorrectly, if you have a look at the left side in screenshot there is a white frame and the image isn't central with no white frame around like it should be. I have not published any changes and this has just happened over night. I would like to resolve this issue however can you advise what your complaints process is ? Never have I experienced such a poor service from a company, issues self arising which leads to losing Business, issues being logged and being left literally for years.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to upload images to my website but when I try to upload them they upload but then do not show! I can it uploaded for 1 second but then it disappears!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there an image library or can anyone tell me why this is happening?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kelly&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Here are the requirements for product images:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Use an image with a 1:1 aspect ratio that’s at least 2,000 x 2,000 pixels large&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. File types for product images in Square Online can be .jpg .png .gif or .spin&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. Image size should be no larger than 25 MB&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If your photos are meeting the above requirements but you continue seeing a display issue, please &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/gb/en/article/6940-how-do-i-un-publish-my-site" target="_blank"&gt;unpublish and publish your site&lt;/A&gt;. This should sync the latest update you have made including photos.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I also recommend trying the following browser troubleshooting steps:&lt;BR /&gt;1. Make sure your browser is up to date.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Clear the cache and cookies on your browser. Access the Help menu of your browser to locate step-by-step instructions.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Switch to a supported browser, such as Google Chrome, on an alternate device&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
