I've just renewed my account for 2 years and am now getting a 404 page. Any help would be appreciated. Www.smsagliding.com is the URL. Help !

Hi @smsa, sorry to hear you're running into this.

I had a look at your DNS records on who.is and it looks like both of your A records are set as
199.34.228.159 but for Square Online we recommend 199.34.228.164 but the range between .164-191 is also accepted.

You can read more about how to edit your records here. Once you have the correct DNS records, your site will be live within 24/48 hours.

I have now been charged £78.00 twice, once on the 12th February and once today. What is going on ?! This is for a single site smsa-gliding.com !

We have very limited visibility on the back end of accounts here in the community, so we'd be unable to check why there's been a duplicate payment on your account. That does sound strange, though.
