Change back from Square for Restaurants to Square POS

I have noticed when I edit any of my Items, that there is now a box for ‘Kitchen-Facing Name’ which suggests I have somehow managed to get myself on Square for Restaurants. I can’t seem to find a way to get rid of this box or cancel Square for Restaurants as when I check in my Subscriptions settings it says that I don’t have any. I seem to have been in every setting and can’t find a way to sort this. Can anyone help?

Hi @SiTrS, thanks for your post and welcome to the Seller Community.

It sounds like you may have accidentally enabled the free software version of Square for Restaurants.

Once those additional features have been added to your account (E.g. Menus, Kitchen-Facing Name, etc) we cannot uninstall/revoke them and they will remain visible.

As long as you are signed into the Point of Sale app, you'll have all of the features associated with it and having subscribed to Restaurants won't affect your settings. You can leave sections like the kitchen-facing names blank.
