Multiple Locations

When my clients are booking, it's giving them the option to pick for me to 'Come to you' but I do not offer this. Only for customers to come to me at my salon.

I've tried everything to disable this.

PLEASE HELP!!!

Hey @EBCbylaura. Thanks for your post and welcome aboard the Seller Community!

You’re able to select a default service location from the Settings tab of your online Appointments dashboard to specify where your services will take place.

You can choose one of the following options:

At my business
At the customer’s location
At both my business and the customer’s location
Phone only

If you choose to accept appointments at the customer’s location, you’ll have the option to enter the location details when creating an appointment. To do so from your online Appointments dashboard:

Click Create Appointment.
In the appointment details screen, click Options.
Select At my business.
Enter the client’s location details.
