&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I had a look at our &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/gb/en/compatibility?platform=Android&amp;amp;brand=Oppo" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;device compatibility page &lt;/A&gt;and it looks like the &lt;SPAN&gt;OPPO Find X5 Lite is currently untested which means that we can't guarantee that it would pair with the Square Reader.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When you have a moment, please run through the troubleshooting steps below, but if it doesn't work again you will need to look at choosing a different device to pair your Reader with, let me know how it goes!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Press and release the button on your reader to turn it on.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Go to your device settings and make sure &lt;STRONG&gt;Bluetooth&lt;/STRONG&gt; is turned on.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Open the Square app and tap &lt;STRONG&gt;More&lt;/STRONG&gt; from the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Tap &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Hardware&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Card Readers&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Connect a Reader&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Put your reader into pairing mode by pressing the reader’s button for three to five seconds. &lt;STRONG&gt;Remove your finger as soon as you see orange flashing lights. If you see red flashing lights, you’ve held the button too long and you’ll need to try again.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In the app, a pairing confirmation will appear, make sure to tap &lt;STRONG&gt;Pair&lt;/STRONG&gt; to complete the pairing process.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On Android devices, quickly tap &lt;STRONG&gt;Pair&lt;/STRONG&gt; and &lt;STRONG&gt;Pair &amp;amp; connect&lt;/STRONG&gt; each time you are prompted until the connection is successful. If the connection fails, start the pairing process over and make sure to accept all Pair and Pair &amp;amp; Connect prompts within 5 seconds.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Polly is correct the oppo find x5 Lite is not compatible....I am on a 3 year contract, I have even ordered a new reader, before I realized the incompatibility.....any chance you will update, or do I need to find a different company..sad, because I loved the ease of use and 'no problem too much' response from your team &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pensive_face:"&gt;😔&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
