We are unable to show the VAT amount on the Square Terminal Receipts. Is this possible any other way?

Hi @GinGenie - thanks for your post and welcome to the Seller Community 🙂

VAT breakdown prints out on the printed receipt when you have added tax to the item price enabled.

What does your setup look like currently? Do you mean that it's not working for you or that there's a reason you can't/don't want to show this information?

I'll keep an eye out for your reply!

Its not currently showing despite restarting the terminal and enabling.
It is probably not showing because i am reprinting a sales receipt from Saturday. It may work with a new sale.

The customer from Saturday wants a VAT receipt and I doubt that there is a way to do this after the event.

Correct - it won't change for a previous transaction unfortunately @GinGenie.

Let me know if you were able to check that you have the setting enabled within your tax settings.

Account & Settings > Business information > VAT > Include tax in item price.
