Re-ordering photos

Hi,

I am having trouble re-ordering lists, such as categories and photo libraries. I understand how this should work, but when I grab a photo or category and move it in the list I let go and the photo or category stays where it was. I thought this might be a browser-related problem because it happened less frequently when using Firefox, but now even Firefox won't work. I have closed and reloaded the browser. I have also tried Chrome and a couple of Chrome-based browsers and still have the same problem. I did get somewhere the other day by rebooting my computer, but even that doesn't work. I have tried clearing cookies and using Private Browsing, but still not luck.

Has anyone else experienced this behaviour and how can I get it working properly?

Where are you trying to rearrange your images and categories? Is it on your Square Online overview page? Or your Square Dashboard?

If at all possible, could you send over a screen recording of whats happening on the screen when you try to rearrange categories and images?
