Hello

I am having trouble trying to link my square reader to my iPhone 14 pro, I keep on getting the following message.
My card reader is just the square one sorry I do not know the version number

Reinstallation Required

Please reinstall Point of Sale.

i have recently joined the Apple beta. Program and my iOS is version 17, I am wondering if this is the issue

Hey both @Harryz and @Sam_400º, appreciate you guys reaching out and flagging this to us! Happy to provide some guidance here.

It's likely due to the use of the Beta iOS software that is causing the issue. From Apple’s perspective: Beta’s are not for end-users, so it isn’t expected that everything works.

I would suggest running through the steps listed on Apple's Support centre to learn how to uninstall Beta software from your Apple device. This will bring your device back to the software that is compatible with our App and Hardware.
