    <description>&lt;P&gt;Our site has been down for about 3 weeks. I have contacted Weebly numerous times. They keep telling me I need to update the billing info but there is nowhere to do so. The billing info they have is perfectly OK (or was, for 3 months). I have spent hours with support. They are unable to tell me where we can update the billing details, or even view them. I spent an hour on the phone with then insisting I click on things that weren't there. Eventually they said they would call back and didn't.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know the magic words that make support actually offer support?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you share your domain name here? I only have access to Square accounts here but I did find a&lt;A href="https://www.sellercommunity.com/t5/Weebly-eCommerce-Archive/How-do-I-update-the-payment-method-for-Weebly-services/td-p/447813" target="_blank"&gt; thread that&lt;/A&gt; details how to update your billing within Weebly:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;I&gt;"If you go to this page of your account, you can click on "change" to change the payment method for a service:&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.weebly.com/home/account/services" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;I&gt;https://www.weebly.com/home/account/services&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
