&lt;P&gt;Apologies for the delayed response and I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Terminal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the factory reset is not working and you've tried different chargers to ensure it's not a wiring issue, please give our support team a call directly at 0800 - 098 8008, 9AM- 5PM, Mon-Fri or you can &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/gb/en/contact" target="_blank"&gt;send us an email here.&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The warranty form comes directly from them, but we'll be able to have a replacement out to you in a couple of days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
