&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;cb4 is usually a network error. Did you manage to manually factory reset the Terminal?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd suggest trying to connect to another network after doing so like your mobile hotspot to see if that resolves the error - from there you can switch back to the main WiFi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To manually factory reset&lt;SPAN&gt;, &lt;/SPAN&gt;hold down the power button for 10 seconds until you see a black screen with a countdown timer. Keep holding down the power button on that timer goes to zero and the screen says you can release the power button.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You'll be prompted to enter the network info after.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
