Hello, my listings aren’t syncing from my Etsy to my square account. Etsy has done everything on their end but still no luck. Just wondering if anyone can help me see if there’s something I’m missing on the square side of things.

Could you provide more details about the issue you're facing with your Etsy listings syncing to your Square account? Any additional information about the error messages or specific steps you've taken so far would be helpful - is this impacting all items, etc?

Hi,

I'm having the same issue, and when I try to sync from the Etsy desktop I get the error: 'Sync has unfortunately failed. Try again.'

I've disconnected and reconnected my Etsy to my Square account, but nothing has changed. Any troubleshooting guidance you can offer would be very much appreciated.

Unfortunately, Etsy owns and manages this integration so I don't have much I can offer in terms of troubleshooting.

My suggestion would have been to disconnect and reconnect but it sounds like you've already tried.

I did have a look online and found some other people who experienced similar issues and they were able to resolve it following the troubleshooting steps from OW11YUMS here.

I would take a look at that thread and see if you can run through those steps.
