    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am using the Square app on my Android phone. I had set it up to use Tap to Pay and taken some payments using this method.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recently the app is displaying "Tap to Pay issue" at the top of the screen. If I go to Settings-&amp;gt;Hardware it shows Tap to Pay as Connected. I tried taking a payment but it wouldn't recognise the credit card. NFC is enabled on the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How to I get the app to work with the phone again?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That does sound odd - I had a look internally and I haven't seen any reports of that specific error message.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What brand and model of phone do you have? If you can in the meantime, try deleting and reinstalling the app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
