Bit of a problem,

Hi guys, hope some-one can help or advise. I've just exported my inventory list to excel added about 500-1000 new items to my inventory then imported it back in, the upload said it was successful however when I went into the inventory through the dashboard none of those items are showing up! so I can't add the pictures of the products.

Hi @TwiLightWarGame 👋 thanks for flagging this.

When you mention that you can't see the items in your inventory, do you mean the items are not visible in your item library?

If the upload was successful, they should be there. I wonder if maybe there was a delay due to network issues, can you let me know if the items are visible now?

Nope still not in the item library at all.

I've just re-tried a fresh export & import of the data and what is really odd is the information is still on the fresh export but when imported back in the items still don't show up in the item library!

I haven't heard of this happening before. I would suggest giving our support team a call, they can get a copy of file from you and see if they experience the same thing.

I've yet again done another export and import this time I was presented with a window with options (i.e. how I wanted to export the file - as a blank template or with items) so I chose with items this time it didn't list the items I'd added previously (odd!) so I've pretty much re-copy & pasted the information (and double checked the details) and where its going hopefully this should resolve my problem. I'm willing to bet this is more down to an error on my part but the issue still bothers me.
