OPEN BILLS, STAFF LOGGING ON AND OFF

Hi All,

Quick question, we have just moved over to Square Restaurants, and it's a mixed bag, we have had the square registers, and although they look awesome and perform well, our previous system used Dallas keys. the advantage of a Dallas key was that what ever items a staff member had entered could instantly be recalled by just tapping the key on the till.

The issue we're having, is, if I have taken an order, and then another member of staff logs in to the till, if i log back in, my items are wiped.

i would like the terminals to retain the order without having to save it to a bill. i could be missing a really obvious setting here

At this time this would be considered a Feature Request. The currently available method is, as you mentioned, using Open Bills.
