&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;Can you let me know what happened? While we offer a 2-year warranty on all Square Terminals, if this was due to accidental damage, purchasing a new Terminal would be necessary.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Breffni,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The screen stopped displaying anything. It's black. Except for a glow art the edge and a couple of blotches under the glass.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know if it's still under warranty - I can't find where to look at the purchase when I log into my account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was not asking for Square to repair it in the question. I was hoping that maybe an independent tech might offer repair services.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if it is under warranty still then that would be a bonus&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;If there is an issue with the display then it will likely fall under warranty, depending on when you purchased it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;Can you give our support team a call? They will be able to check the shipping history and run through the details of the warranty flow if it is&amp;nbsp;eligible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Breffni,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've already contacted customer support and they will be emailing me when they have checked against the serial number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm pretty disappointed that there is no repair service for out of warranty items. Even by a third party technician. After all, it's essentially a smartphone repurposed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'll just keep my fingers crossed that it's under warranty!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
