&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;With connection issues, there are a few standard troubleshooting steps that should resolve most issues. Could you please try the following:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. Restart your modem/router, then test its connectivity by plugging in another device (such as a laptop) to see if it connects.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Try an alternative Ethernet cable, or test that the cable you're using functions as expected with another device. &lt;BR /&gt;3. Try an alternative Ethernet port on your modem or router.&lt;BR /&gt;If you continue to see the connection error, please also check that your device software is up-to-date from: &lt;STRONG&gt;More &amp;gt; Settings &amp;gt; Hardware &amp;gt; General &amp;gt; About.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the device is up-to-date or the issues persist after updating, could you please let me know which device it is that you’re having trouble with? Is it the Square Terminal for example?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
