small square POS not accepting clear pay payments

I have the small square terminal. It isn't accepting payments from clear pay. I have tried everything and spoke to the team and haven't been very helpful. How can I sort this please?

I'm sorry to hear that this issue is going on and that you don't feel supported.

We're here to help but in this case, our team have recommended that the customers experiencing declines reach out directly to their bank as the declines are not on Square/Clearpay's end.
