    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry to be so slow coming back to this, but I wasn’t getting anywhere and had too many other bits of the website to work on to really focus on it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As far as I know we don’t have an administrator account as described here, my account is a superadmin for our location but I don’t really have any idea how to follow those steps as we don’t use google workspace like this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The video I found about integrating square reviews seemed to show that I just needed to do the location sync, but my access to reviews/automated emails for them just doesn’t turn on&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can anyone tell me what could be going wrong here?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Square is connected to my google business profile with a physical store location. It shows up as connected everywhere on the dashboard except for the automated emails section in the marketing program.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here it says ‘create a google business profile or connect your existing one to activate this automation’&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I click though it shows it already being connected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve already tried disconnecting and reconnecting it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would really like to be able to ask for google reviews automatically after people make purchases.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;That does sound strange. It sounds like the issue might be within the Google Business Profile itself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;When you have a moment, can you run through the &lt;A href="https://support.google.com/a/answer/10623799" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;steps here&lt;/A&gt; and ensure that everything is set up correctly?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
