Reader keeps disconecting accros multiple devices and readers

I am having an issue accross multiple readers on multiple devices. Readers were working fine and now keep randomly disconnecting. I have to turn bluetooth off then on to get it working again or forget reader and then reconnect...only to have to do the same again after a few sales. Need a resolution urgently
