    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had a Gen 1 reader that was disconnecting and then taking ages to connect again and often not connecting at all. To the point that I purchased a 2nd Gen reader to find this reader has connected twice - the first time of use and then surprisingly when a PIN number was required and the customer put their card into the reader springing it into action. Since, this action has not sprung the reader into action.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Having unpaired, restarted iphone13, restarted appointments app, and followed pointers above there seems to be a constant loop of connecting occurring. Top banner on the app is always orange / yellow..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Currently using tap to pay on iphone13 no problem..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would love it if you could help reconnect me to a reader that works...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lee&lt;/P&gt;</description>
