&lt;P&gt;Are you looking at your sales from the Dashboard in a browser or the app ? Can you confirm which tab you go to to to view your sales ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You might also want to check the &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/gb/en/article/5391-transaction-status-report" target="_self"&gt;Transactions Status Report&lt;/A&gt; in&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;your &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A href="https://app.squareup.com/dashboard" target="_self"&gt;Dashboard&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt; Reporting &amp;gt; Reports &amp;gt; Transactions Status&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;This report&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;gives you information about any unprocessed transactions, including declined cards.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
