Currently using a Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 5G and I am trying, using a USB C adapter with a 3.5mm audio jack to connect a Square magnetic cars strip reader to avail. Any help would be appreciated.

@DPBC58 These are hit or miss. I have had a few work but the usb --> 3.5mm audio is problematic. I would just pick up the contactless chip/tap pay reader that connects via usb or bluetooth. It also is the only way to help reduce a chargeback. It is well worth the small investment.
