&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Refunds can take up to 7 working days for Square to process. During this time, it's expected behaviour for pending refunds to be marked as&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Awaiting Capture&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;while Square awaits confirmation that the amount has been taken from your linked bank account. If your refunds are still not marked as completed after this timeframe, I invite you to contact our &lt;A href="https://squ.re/3B4VnzY%20" target="_self"&gt;Support Team&lt;/A&gt; who'll be happy to take a closer look at your account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Refunds</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We processed a few refunds on the 1st and they are showing under account balance but when we check the reports the refunds aren't showing there and under transactions the refund are showing as pending, have been for 5 days now, when will this update to show in the reports and when will transactions update to show not pending?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
