Abandoned Baskets and Automated Email on email Signup

Hi,

Anyone out there help me locate the following, since its migration from Square online to Square Marketing we can not locate.

1. Square Abandoned Basket function in the Square Marketing where are you

2. Square Marketing Signup automated email with coupon where are you 🙂

We have noticed that a number of our customers are complaining that their welcome coupon, which is automatically generated is not valid, which prompted us to investigate, but we can't find where to access it since the migration to Square Marketing.

If anyone can help, much appreciated. 🙂

Hi @doc_choc , thanks for posting 🙂.

While Square recently started rolling out the move of the Abandonned Basket automation to Marketing, the change hasn't populated to all accounts yet. If you don't see the feature on the Marketing tab of your account, it means it still lives in Square Online for now under Communications > Abandoned Baskets.

This is what the Abandoned Basket automation will look like under the Marketing Automations tab when it's available for you:

As for your second question, I've reached out to our Marketing specialist for more insight. I'll get back to you as soon as I have an answer.

Hi @Lou8 thanks for pointing me in the right direction here, I thought it had gone across already, my mistake. Looks like we are still in the old Weebly part waiting to cross over to the Square Marketing, looks like the 6th Dec may be the switch over date.

With regards to the other point signup/automated unique coupon code that would be great to know asap if possible as we are receiving a few complaints that the unique code automatically generated doesn't work. Thanks 😊

The transition is getting us in a right old pickle here lol. We also had a problem with an email campaign today that was sent back on the 25/11 with no problems but is still showing as active not completed. Since this email has become stuck in 'Active' on the campaign list we have been receiving a disproportionality high bounce rate, not sure if the two are related or not. Wondering if this has happened to anyone else. I have raise a support ticket so hopefully it will be resolved soon. 😊

I haven't heard of a similar issue of a Marketing campaign stuck in "Active", but thank you for filing this ticket. Could you share the response from the engineers on this thread once they get back to you - in case someone else is experiencing the same thing ?
