Hi, I have connected my domain that i purchased from a different provider, it is saying in square that its connected but if i try and visit my website i get

This site can’t provide a secure connection

www.allthegearequestrian.co.uk uses an unsupported protocol.

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

Unsupported protocol

The client and server don't support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite.

What am i missing why isn't my site showing? Any help gratefully received.

When connecting a 3rd party domain, your SSL should be automatically enabled after DNS propagation. Ordinarily, we’d expect this to happen within 24-48 hours if your DNS values were updated correctly, or you were able to automatically connect the Domain.

Looking at your site just now, it does appear that the connection was successful and the site is secure.

If you’re encountering any issues when you load the site on your side, I’d recommend clearing your cookies and cache before reloading.

If you’re seeing any error messages when you visit your Online Dashboard, feel free to share a screenshot with me so I can take a closer look.
