Can't Edit Item Descriptions

Good morning,

I can't seem to edit product description this morning or change modifiers on the back office software. Is it just me ? or is there some system bugs going on.

Ive check and it say there there are no problems and square is fully operational 😢

I haven't seen any other sellers report this issue when it comes to editing items.

Could you give me some more insight on what you're seeing as an error? Have you tried any other troubleshooting steps already?

The back office software would let me load the items but wouldn’t let me edit descriptions or titles. It was really weird.

i had to close down every single window including a saved tab and then reopen and it reset. 😌 yipee

I am not sure if it was anything to do with the new dashboard that we now have. 🤔
