    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Square Community,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We're using the square retail app on an iPad in a Square Stand connected to a Square Terminal which acts as a customer facing screen. All devices are fully up to date on their software updates.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to setup a loyalty scheme, and everything looks fine in Dashboard - but the 'loyalty enrollment' screen does not appear on either device after checkout.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've followed the steps in this article:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/gb/en/article/6469-enroll-to-square-loyalty-using-square-point-of-sale" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://squareup.com/help/gb/en/article/6469-enroll-to-square-loyalty-using-square-point-of-sale&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It says that to enable enrolment, I need to&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;H2 id="sub_topic_switch_35e4a28c"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/H2&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Tap &lt;STRONG&gt;More&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select &lt;STRONG&gt;Loyalty&lt;/STRONG&gt; and toggle on &lt;STRONG&gt;Customer check in on customer display&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, when I go to More &amp;gt; Settings &amp;gt; Loyalty - there is no "Customer check in on customer display" option.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice or support on how to enable this feature would be great - we're currently on the trial of loyalty but if it won't integrate properly with the Square Stand and Square Terminal, it won't work for us.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As a first step, please sign in to your &lt;STRONG&gt;Square&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Dashboard&lt;/STRONG&gt; and go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Staff&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Team&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Permissions&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Make sure &lt;STRONG&gt;Loyalty&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;is enabled for each permission set that you use on your Square Stand and Terminal. If Loyalty isn’t toggled on for a given set, you won’t see the &lt;EM&gt;“Customer check-in on customer display”&lt;/EM&gt; setting when you’re signed in using a passcode assigned to that group.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you’ve confirmed Loyalty is enabled, restart your devices, sign out of the Retail app, sign back in, and install any pending updates.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the &lt;EM&gt;“Customer check-in on customer display”&lt;/EM&gt; setting still doesn’t appear after those steps, let me know and we can take a closer look at what might be causing this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
