      <title>Ticket still showing as open</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;One of my staff members accidentally selected pay cash for one of our tickets. She then refunded the cash payment, created another ticket with the same items and took a card payment from the customer. I can see the refunded cash payment and the card payment in transactions but the ticket is still showing as unpaid/open. Anyone else had this problem?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
