IONOS domain connection

Could anyone help please? I went through the process of connecting my IONOS domain to my square website last week. I can find the website when I google it but there are no pages only my business name and a banner picture that I have never used before. My layout, pictures and products are not showing. Can anyone help please, is there something else I am supposed to do?

Hi @roxanneM, so sorry to hear this! Hmm, it sounds like the DNS records may not have been setup correctly.

If you can, please try to:

Login to your Weebly dashboard
Navigate to Website > General Settings > Customise
Enter the domain you already own > Verify it
Follow the directions to point the two A records to the new Weebly IP of 199.34.228.164

Once this is done, it can take up to 48 hours before your site appears normally and securely.
