&lt;P&gt;I think what you mean is it will inform the customer you have received their message etc..&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is a section on the contact form setting which will show a confirmation message once they have submitted their contact request.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On the left menu where it says settings - confirmation message&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once your customer presses to send the message the message in your confirmation box will automatically show on the screen instead of the contact form.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I don't know if this will help&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello - thanks in advance for any guidance on this. I am trying to setup a "thank for your enquiry, we will get back to you soon" type message that is automatically emailed to a customer after they fill in our contact form. Can't find how to do this. Sorry if it's really obvious, I have just hit a dead end with it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
