      <description>&lt;P&gt;It sounds like you may have call us after hours. You don't need a customer code to contact the Support team. The team are online from 9AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That sounds strange - it's possible that a step was missed in the verification flow. I can't check this here unfortunately but our support team will be able to check it for you. If you call during business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) you would need to provide a customer code.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
