Is there a way to add BCC to online order confirmation or items shipped emails?

At the moment, it isn't possible to automatically add a BCC to online order confirmation or item shipped emails.

I can definitely raise this as a feature request to the appropriate team. Before I do so, would you mind sharing a bit more information around how you'd like the flow to work, who'd ideally be receiving these emails, etc.? That way, our team will have a bit more context as to why the feature is needed and I can also look into possible workarounds in the meantime as well.

Thanks, it would be great if this is implemented.

BCC is necessary for TrustPilot automatic feedback service, see this article for details:

The idea is that TrustPilot receives shipping confirmation, and then following up with a customer a few days later to get feedback.
