&lt;P&gt;If you're looking to edit the order confirmation email for your Square Online site, &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/gb/en/article/6889-customize-store-emails-with-square-online-store" target="_blank"&gt;this is the better article for it.&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;One thing to note: at the moment, the confirmation email is changed based on the&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;fulfilment method&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;chosen and not the item itself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The same order confirmation email is sent to customers but, depending on their fulfilment methods they've selected, different information will be generated so they'll either see&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Pickup Instructions&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;(which will included information or direction you have for pickup orders) or&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Shipping Information&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;included in the email.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I look into this on my end and there isn't a way to switch off the order confirmation email altogether &lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/331600"&gt;@ryarshPTFA&lt;/a&gt;. The emails would only be sent if customers have made a purchase through the website.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are sending an invoice, then a different email will be sent out. The email will be the invoice you have created but denoted with&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;Paid&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;at the top with the date it was processed. Here's a sample screenshot.&lt;/P&gt;
