Terms and conditions, privacy policy and cookies

Hi there I’m just completing my website and need to add ‘terms and conditions’ and a ‘privacy policy’ and a ‘cookies policy’. But I don’t know what square online uses in regards to cookies etc can I get some advice on this?

As a Square seller, you are the data controller of all your own customers’ and employees’ personal data. This means you are responsible for understanding your responsibilities as data controller under the GDPR. Your Privacy Notice will apply to the processing of the personal data of visitors to your website and your customers.
