    <description>&lt;P&gt;HI GoldenBoy1253,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best suggestion is to call Customer Support concerning your issue.&amp;nbsp; Sounds like a cord connector defect - it should not just fall out on it's own and since this is a recent purchase, it should not be an issue for a return / exchange (at least that's my thought).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; As the Community is not Customer Support or Tech Support, issues like this cannot be resolved here but, hopefully Customer Support can work out a resolution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;jk&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently purchased the corded barcode scanner from Square and I was working on getting it set up. However, I can't get the cord to "lock" into the hand held scanner. Wondering if there is a trick? I slide it in and it does the beeps and it will work, but it won't snap into place, meaning the cord will actually fall out. Is there a step I am missing or is something possibly wrong with the cord/scanner?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
