&lt;P&gt;You can definitely print out a paper receipt for any transactions you processed on the Reader but it is a bit of a manual process.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If the customer prefer a paper receipt, you'd need to:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Go into the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Transactions&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;tab within your Square Terminal&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Locate and tap the payment you'd like to print a receipt for&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Tab&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Issue or Send Recent &amp;gt; Print Receipt&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We already have a Terminal but need a second device at busy times. I was thinking of buying a Reader as the second device (as it's much cheaper), but if a customer requests a paper receipt can I print one via the Terminal? Thanks for any help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
