Hi, If the start-up is based in Israel, but the first market we plan to launch in is the US. We are not launching in Israel for now, but if the payment can only work in certain countries then that may be a problem once we expand to more markets.
Will we be able to proceed and accept payments if we are based in Israel, can you provide me more information, thank you!

Hey @mindup!

You have to be physically located in the country you're taking payments in and it won't work once you take it outside of that country.

We're not available for payment processing there. Here's a list of supported countries from the Support Center for reference.

Hi. I’m based in the UK and invoice customers in the States, Australia, Switzerland etc without a problem. Also get orders in our Online Shop from these countries okay.
