Not adding shipping on a checkout

I have tried several ways with shipping but it either doesn't it shipping on at all or does it for random items when they are all set up the same. Please help

Can you just tell me what type of shipping rates you have set up, Flat Rate, Weight Based... And do you have any active free shipping coupons?

Hi thanks I have set up a flat rate shipping and I don't think there are coupons set up I havent touched that section. Many thanks

Hi @Linze @after checking your site, the shipping applied as expected, a £3.50 charge for standard shipping, is there a specific browser this occurs on, it could be you selected pickup the time you didn’t receive a shipping charge, alternatively, clear your cookies and try again : )

i am having same issues with shipping its not adding them to cart so items can go with free P&P, can anyone help?

Hey @Aprilmcc, it looks like that link there is for the backend of the site so I wasn't able to check the shipping. Can you share the link that you can see in the Overview section with me? It should look like in the screenshot below.

Thanks for sharing the link @twosisters! I was able to get the shipping fee to show up for me. Customers will need to select their address from the autofill list for the shipping fee to apply.

If they are not seeing their address listed there, they should also be able to click Enter address manually. Once they've entered their addressed here, the shipping fee should also appear for them.
