Hi There,

I can't see if there is a way to prevent team members clocking in / out via the team app. At the moment team members could be at home tucked up in bed and then select clock out making it look like they've worked more time than they have. Locking the clock in/out to the terminals only would prevent this. How can I do this?

Hi @StaggeringBeer, thanks for your post! You can definitely disable team members' ability to clock in and out via the Team App. To do so:

Go to Timecards > Settings > Clock in/out on your Square Dashboard.
Toggle the Clock in/out from Team app from blue to grey
Click Save
