Online Store - Automatic Discount

Afternoon All,

I am trying to figure out how to apply a discount at online checkout. I figured out how to do it at POS but this doesn't apply to my online store and I have to use coupons on the online store. (I think - correct if I am wrong)

In summary I am selling a certain item for £2 and if a customer buys 3 of said item I want to charge £5 for all 3.

Ideally I would like this to automatically apply itself at checkout, but am happy for the customer to enter a coupon if need be.

The only way I can think to do this is to set a coupon code to apply as discount, but this doesn't enable me to add a rule of having 3 of that item in the basket.

I hope that makes sense and any suggestions would be appreciated.

From reading your post, it sounds like you're looking to create a bundle discount. Unfortunately, this is not a feature that's currently available on Square Online site. There are some workarounds outlined in this thread or you can checkout the best answer on this thread.

I don't have a timeline on when this will be available but I would encourage you to check out our Beta Community to join and potentially get access to new features first when we test them out.
