Hello,

I was under the impression that vouchers are for use ONLINE only.

Please can someone explain the below? It appears as though the customer can use a code on the POS too?

Hi @TGPH, thanks for sharing this! From glancing at the screenshot, it looks like it's the voucher you send send if customers have left feedback for the business. This voucher is separate from the voucher code created for the Square Online site and they do not sync with one another. You can usually create this type of vouchers by clicking into feedbacks from customers.

If that is not where you are seeing the voucher, can you give me some more details as to how you got to this screen? That way, I can take a further look here on my end.
