They have asked for an invoice as proof of a transaction but I can’t load it as it’s too big. What do I do?

Hi @leewebb15, to upload a document, please make sure it is one of the following format and size: PDF, JPG, PNG, TIF, GIF or BMP up to 50 MB.

Check that it isn't in HEIC format.
