Hi there, I've just set up my new Square Payment Terminal, I am running some tests and every time a payment is made and a physical receipt is printed, below the date and time it prints out my personal name. How can I remove this?

Hi @joe19, thanks for writing in!

Are you using the individual passcode to sign in at the moment by any chance? If so, you can remove this by:

If you are the only person using the Terminal: you can disable the passcode feature under Settings > Security and toggle the Passcodes from blue to grey.
If you have multiple team member using the Terminal: rather than logging in with your individual passcode, you can login with the Team Passcode (you can find this in Team > Permissions > Team Permissions on your Square Dashboard).
